Office Shenanigans: Monday

Okay, so there is painfully little to do in the office this week. Exams are done. Grades are due by 4pm today. Student comments are also due by the end of the day.

Basically, it is a test of efficiency. Very efficient, and you are done by Tuesday. Not very efficient, you are still struggling to get everything done by Friday at 4pm. Luckily for our office, we tend to be very efficient. As such, there is plenty of time for shenanigans, which I am pleased to share with you through photo narrative at this time.

Early monday morning, and Nicole still had some grading to finish:

Essays! The worst! While in China, Nicole has been perfecting her sad face. I think it is coming along quite nicely.

This is Brian, hanging on my desk. At the time, we were concocting a master plan to order some goodies from McDonalds for the office.

Josh and Brian calling McDonalds. Okay, actaully, to be honest, this is a dramatization. We literally had so much free time in the office we had time to make the plan, call and order for real, and then when I realized that I should be documenting for the blog, reinact the phone call.

Shenme?

The (digital macro) collection of Kuai for McD's delivery.

MMMMMMM. Taro pie.

The Chinese half sister of the baked apple pie, so popular in the states.

This was actually the first attempt of any of our office dwellers to eat one, so valiantly made by Denis. We had, until yesterday, been quite turned off by the color, which is a certain atomic purple.

In fact, it was delicious. Leave it to McDonald's. Looks slightly dangerous and detrimental to your health, but in fact, is deep fried and delicious (and maybe still detrimental to your health).

This is my favorite, the Pineapple Pie.

Some digital macro fun with my camera.

Nicole killing Josh who is picking Nicole's nose. All with red pens. Should I even try to explain . . . ?

Some call it stir crazy. I call it Monday afternoon shenanigans. Look forward to today's (Tuesday) report tomorrow!
